Hello, let me tell you a little bit about my situation. I am a new mother who is in the process of leaving her husband. I am having terrible luck with apartments, because I just recently went back to work after not being able to during my entire pregnancy. Due to my inability to work, I do have shitty credit. However, this doesnt reflect my ability to pay bills. Prior to my unemployment, I would work up to 3 jobs to take care of my bills, and was rarely late, and never skipped payments. Now, I am looking for an apartment for my grandmother, myself and my 6 month old daughter. We do not like animals, so you dont have to worry about pets. We need a 3 bedroom, preferably one that includes heat. Our budget is around 600 a month. As far as location, it doesnt really matter, binghamton, endicott, johnson city, owego, I just need a decent apartment. If you can help, please respond! We are quiet likeable tenants, and my grandmother has tenent references. I do not as I have been living with my mother in law, and prior to that I lived with my own mother, but I did have to pay her 250 a month towards rent for a year and a half before I got married. So I dont really know if thats considered a reference.
