Our landlord after us being nice doing everthing we can to accomadate him and his familys needs and total disregard for my wife and my needs as I have MS once again has decided to drop another bombshell on us and requested that my wife and I uproot ourselves again so that he can build into our current apt. to suit his familys needs and total disregard for my family. He has given us 6 weeks during the holidays in which 2 week are now gone which at this point means No Christmas for my family as we have to still pay rent and bills for this apartment while trying to find my wife my dog and I an apartment which requires us to pay rent. sec deposit, and in most cases a Non-refundable pet deposit which we understand as landlords you need but is finacally impossible for us to pay the 900.worth bills we have here and come up with another 1000 to 1200 for another place. We would have rent at the time of move-in and possibly part of a sec deposit depending on how much the total is. Where we need help is getting you the deposits and allowing use to cut our loses here. If you have a 1 or 2 bedroom apt prefably 1st floor in the 350 to 450 range without utilities and up to 550 with utilities in a decent neighborhood and are willing to help us after this devistating blow we would greatly appreciate it. I know landlords have been stung in the past and it makes it hard for you to want to take a chance helping someone else but please don't hold that 1% of people against us we are people of our word unlike some people you can count on us. Hello, let me tell you a little bit about my situation. I am a new mother who is in the process of leaving her husband. I am having terrible luck with apartments, because I just recently went back to work after not being able to during my entire pregnancy. Due to my inability to work, I do have shitty credit. However, this doesnt reflect my ability to pay bills. Prior to my unemployment, I would work up to 3 jobs to take care of my bills, and was rarely late, and never skipped payments. Now, I am looking for an apartment for my grandmother, myself and my 6 month old daughter. We do not like animals, so you dont have to worry about pets. We need a 3 bedroom, preferably one that includes heat. Our budget is around 600 a month. As far as location, it doesnt really matter, binghamton, endicott, johnson city, owego, I just need a decent apartment. If you can help, please respond! We are quiet likeable tenants, and my grandmother has tenent references. I do not as I have been living with my mother in law, and prior to that I lived with my own mother, but I did have to pay her 250 a month towards rent for a year and a half before I got married. So I dont really know if thats considered a reference.
