I'm just wondering why no one takes responsibility for their own misfortune anymore. It isn't as though you had a return address label attached to your money, right? To assume the person who found it saw you drop it and think the worst...I think you need to take another look at yourself. Most people would certainly return money to the rightful owner, particularly if they SAW the person drop it.
