Rent does not include utilities but the second floor is good about turning lights off, unplugging the microwave when not in use, using low heat, etc. and because the heat rises, you don't need to turn the thermostat on high. Room is also small enough to use a space heater, which makes it cozy. During nonwinter months, our bill was about $30/person and with the heater on, it's gone up to $37/person.

The house is located in a really safe area. The Beef, a restaurant and pub, is right around the corner if you want a quick bite to eat, there's a liquor store around the corner and Cavanaugh's deli for last minute dinner items is just a block and a half away.

One public bus and two blue bus lines are all within a few blocks of the house. All 3 go directly to campus. You can even see the bus go by from the kitchen window (and sprint to it if you're running late!).

It's really close to BU school. the bus stop is right outside of apt. it only takes 10 minutes. if you drive it only takes less than 5 minutes.
the apt is two bedroom apt. the available room has bathroom in it. livingroom and kitchen(with microwave, oven, and dishwasher)
surrounding is really clean and quiet. close to grocery and wal mart.

I am BU student so mostly studying.
