I will be studying abroad in Spring 2010, and need someone to take over my bedroom in a 6 bedroom house.

The house is all female students at BU, they prefer other students (but not a must), but MUST be female.

This is a large house with full kitchen (and a large pantry), free washer/dryer (in basement), large common areas, and two bathrooms (one on each floor).

My bedroom is on the second floor (share a bathroom with three other girls). It comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk (lots of shelving above + a mirror), bookshelf, and tv stand. The two best parts about this room are 1) three large bay windows (with venetian blinds) and 2) a walk in closet with shelving, a lamp, and a wardrobe inside! Where else will you find a walk-in closet in Binghamton? There are two full length mirrors on the door of the closet, one on each side. The room gets great natural light, and the heating is good. My room is one of the biggest rooms in the house--much larger than others I've seen in Binghamton.

Utilities are not included, but I can give you an estimate upon request.
