RENTAL RATE
The monthly rental rate for this unit is shown on this listing which will be shown on your lease. However, you will receive a $50 reduction of the rental rate listed if rent your rent is paid before the 1st of the month for the next months rent. Your rent must be paid before the 1st of the month that the rent is due for us to honor the $50 reduction. If your rent is paid between the 1st and 5th of the month the rent is due, you will have to pay the full rental rate shown on this listing. If your rent is paid after the 5th of the month there will be an additional late fee assessed in addition to the rental rate shown on this listing.
THE LAYOUT OF THE UNIT IS AS FOLLOWS:
Walk in from front porch into a nice size living room. From the living room there are 2 closets within the living room. From the Living room walk into a nice size bedroom with closet and lots of windows. From the bedroom there is an entrance to a remodeled bathroom. From the bedroom there is an entrance into a large eat in kitchen. The kitchen has lots of cabinets, newer appliances, and a built in wall pantry. There is also another exit from the unit on the rear of the property from the Kitchen.

What will be required of the prospective tenant:
-Security and First Months Rent paid in full before receiving the keys
-Income Verification Must Equal at least 2.5 times Rental Amount
-Rental Application completion and non refundable rental application fee. All individuals must be listed on rental application and each individual age 18 or older must undergo a background check. Our cost for the online background check service is $50 per adult. We are charging a fee of $50 per adult for the application fee.
-Background Check conducted electronically and you will need to have a valid email address.
