This is a great desk!!!! I'm not thrilled about trying to rehome it, but we moved and have very little room for my things.

Color is black. Solid wood. You can see the woodgrain through the black. It doesn't not come apart, it's not meant to. I had a custom made beveled edge glass top protector made for it which alone cost $100. In great condition. It is very cared for.
The desk can be set so the drawers are on either the left side or the right side. It's exactly the same - front and back, so the drawers slide out from either side. There is some light reflecting on the top from the blinds - it's not a mark on the top.
The stool came with it - matches it perfectly. A slight imperfection on the chair - see pics, but nothing horrible at all.

Dimensions are: 2' deep, 3' and 1/4" high, and 44 and 1/4" long (or wide).
