Research indicates one is from the Victorian era and is most likely a Martin Hall and Co. piece. The picture shows hallmarks stamped into the blade, which has a folding mechanism. The lion passant means it is .925 sterling made by England silversmiths. The stamp of the sovereign's head is a duty mark which was a legal requirement indicating tax was paid on all British gold and silver. (1794-1890). Ornate and historic piece.
The other ornate silver fruit knife is engraved and says FJ Haley on the blade and has a pick also. These pieces are heavy for their size.
Both inherited from an estate dating to the 1800s.
