The book is hardcover, brown cloth on boards with gilt stamped lettering on spine & decorations on boards, small hole & creases on lower part of spine, spine ends worn & frayed, white spots, scratched & rubbing on boards, edges & corners of boards well worn, corners bumped, paper covering on front inner hinge cracked & split but the board still securely attached, contents lightly, evenly age toned with occasional minor foxing spots, one of the loose maps in the pocket has a diagonal glue stains across one panel of the exterior,
