Do not give this SCAMMER any of your info. This guy and another little indian man are currently walking around Vestal/Apalachian pretending to be collecting info "for nyseg" for some bs charge that they're planning to give money back for. I don't know, it was clearly a scam. They are claiming to be from a solar company. He refused to identify and kept doing weird things to comfort me. After we accused this of being a scam, he got aggressive on me! When I took a picture of him he started threatening to take pictures of me too! Ha buddy, you were trespassing on my property!!

They go by the names Arcadia, Perch energy, and his fake badge said something like Solaris?
