2003 RAM 1500 Quad cab 4x4 truck. I bought this truck just under a year and a half ago and no longer need it now as my Diesel has finally been repaired (Took them a year and half to get the parts). Regardless, the previous owner had a lot of work done to it and I took care of a lot so it shouldn’t need much. From a bodywork standpoint, he replaced the rockers, cab corners, rear wheel arches on both sides and rebuilt the suspension and brakes (including calipers). He also had the frame treated against rust. He had a Jasper 4.7 Magnum put in it and the transmission, rear end and front end were all re-built according to him. The front end was done right before I bought it because whoever did the rear end mis-matched the axle ratios and had to rebuild the front end to match (truck now has a 3.93 axle ratio). But as I have found seems to be an issue in parts of PA, they only replace what is absolutely needed at the time on axles and apparently whoever did the back didn’t think it needed new axle seals so I had to get those replaced after about 10K miles. Also the front brake rotors he had put on when he changed the calipers were garbage so I had to replace those and the pads as well. I also replaced the transfer case linkage, AC Condenser Fan and all five tires. It didn’t even have a spare rim when I bought it so I got a rim and new spare tire for it. Truck has been driven less than 15k miles since the AT tires were put on so lots of tread left. Truck has also been fitted with a new Double DIN stereo with custom trim made specifically for this truck to blend in with the stock interior. It looks great and sounds great and connects via BlueTooth to Android or Apple so yes you can make calls on it or use it for maps as well It has a nice big screen so you can supposedly even watch video on it (when parked of course although I never tried it) and is camera ready. I also installed new Blaupunkt 4-way speakers and a trailer brake controller. All recalls have been addressed. Now this is a 21 year old truck so it does have a few quirks and she’s not perfect but nothing major except the one thing that needs to be addressed and that is an exhaust leak. Apparently, it needed to be addressed when I bought the truck but apparently the previous owner had temp fixed it when I went to look at it. I’ve not gotten it addressed either as it didn’t really re-surface until it was no longer a priority. Previous owner also failed to mention until I bought it that it has a reconstructed title (not salvage but reconstructed). It did pass the last inspection after I bought it last year but that sticker has expired. It’s a solid truck though and would be great for a daily driver or farm truck. According to information I got from the previous owner, the work he did on the truck was all done after 155K miles were on the vehicle and the vehicle now has under 174500 on it. Either way, what I’m asking is considerably less than I have in it so you’ll get a good deal on a solid truck. Now I work out of state so if you contact me to see it, arrangements will be made with my family for you to look at it. If you decide to buy it, I’ll have to come up on a weekend to complete the sale with the transaction being carried out on a Saturday morning. $9,000 OBRO
