Clean, Quality Hardwoods. Cut and split.
The wood has been drying in 20' logs since Spring and is being cut and split now. It does need to dry more.
Ash, Beech, Cherry, Maple, Oak and some Cherry or Hickory.
Stack all firewood in the sun for best drying.
2 1/2 or 5 full cord truck loads
(1cord = 4'x4'x8' of stacked wood )
Rates in tax exempt Broome, Chenengo, Schuyler, Seneca & Stueben County:
Cut to 16-18" long
1/2 Truckload of 2 1/2 cord = $713
Full Truckload of 5 cord = $1400
Cut to 14-16" long
1/2 truckload of 2 1/2 cord = $763
Full Truckload of 5 cord = $1500
Outdoor Boiler wood -- Larger pieces cut 14 - 22" - 80% are 16-18" - very few over 20"long, $1300 for 5 cord
Tax Rates: Tioga add 3%. Tompkins, Cayuga, Cortland, Chemung add 4%
