Offering a set of 25 Scottish Halfbred ewe lambs. Halfbreds are an F1 cross of North Country Cheviot ewes and a Border Leicester ram. They are very popular with commercial producers in the UK. They are normally bred to terminal meat sires like Suffolks or Texel and all lambs are marketed for meat. The three breed terminal cross maximizes the amount of hybrid vigor possible. These lambs come from a regeneratively managed closed flock. Come take a look.
