I am a small farmer that raises sheep and have cuts from 2 lambs butchered earlier this year. The meat is USDA inspected and professionally packaged, just like you could buy at any supermarket.
The lambs were raised organically (not certified, but we're not big enough for certification to make sense yet), and were 100% grass fed. Below are the cuts I have available and prices per pound, along with a weight range for the packages
