Hello , Im a 43 retired female seeking a cat friendly studio or 1 bedroom apartment or even a rent to own modular home . Im on long term SSDI income and can validate my income . I have 2 very strict & meticulous indoor cats whom are my emotional support cats . Im hoping to find a new place prior to September 1st . Im a very clean , quiet & responsible tenant with only an occasional guest . Im looking to find someplace new under 650 a month and I can pay a cat fee . I also need off street parking & I am seeking long term or permenant housing . Comes October 1st , will be 3 years living in my dads guest house with a terrible no guest policy , not even for the holidays . I am a SWF & an amazing cat mother . Both my cats are spayed , Lyla had dental done 2 years ago & she has no teeth . Good monies on my cats . I originate from Atlanta , GA but I have been back Upstate , NY for 12 years .
