It is an indoor or outdoor unit and includes the optional 32" Top Landing Gate.
The car platform is 32" x 48" with a capacity of 600 lbs and a lift height of 72".
We had purchased two units in anticipation of needing front and rear porch access but only ended up using one of them at the front porch, which has already been sold. After a fortunate successful recovery we are selling this second lift that is still fastened to it's original shipping pallet. It has always been stored inside and is in new condition with the exception of a minor mark or two from handling. We can demonstrate it any time, it simply plugs in to a standard 120v wall outlet and can be cycled up and down right on it's shipping pallet. It comes with all the accessories pictured which I believe was the complete installation package that was originally provided.
This lift has nice safety features, among them all and most important to us was it having a reliable shutdown device beneath the platform so that if an object or individual is beneath the car platform and places the slightest amount of pressure anywhere against the bottom it would stop descending instantly. That safety sensor pan works perfectly and is a considerable relief where children or animals would be a concern, not all lifts have that particular safety feature.
The current new price is over double our asking price of $5250 cash, but we'd like to hear your offer if you feel our asking price is out of your reach.
We are located in Watertown NY., delivery is possible depending on your location, my son and I may even be able to place the lift exactly where you need it depending on your circumstances.
