Looking for a helper, preferably a handy person, to assist with on and off tenant repairs or complaints when needed, or meet contractors for work, or show apartments for rent
This will be the monthly compensation
Must be close to or living in Binghamton
If you are a handy person, a discount in rent can be offered in exchange for your response to the tenant's request for repairs/apt showings/meeting contractors
