Man in a
Red Pick-Up Truck
lost his 30-or-so TIRES
on someone else's
PRIVATE PROPERTY
when he was spotted ILLEGALLY tossing them out of his truck
into someone's private yard
off of Route 38 in Tioga County NY.

PLEASE HELP LOCATE this man and tell him his tires have been found
and that he needs to pick them all up and take them to his OWN PROPERTY.
