I'm retired for the most part and looking to clean out my odds and ends. PLUMBING - "Just added" At least $500.00 in pex and Shark Bite" fittings. (no crimpers). Some PVC pipe, 1" to 3" fittings, sink drains, sink traps, flex supplies, stop valves, misc valves, temp drain plugs, pipe adapters, couplers, nipples, 1/2" and 3/4" copper fittings, some 1"+ fittings, hangers, 1/2" and 1 1/2" pressure check sets, sink baskets, Furncos, barb fittings, 1/2" and 3/4" CPVC fittings and a few sticks of copper. ELECTRICAL - Misc breakers, plastic boxes, seal tight, BX, some PVC pipe, PVC fittings (couplers, LBs, term adapters and pipe straps) lock nuts, bushings, ground lugs/bugs, grounding bars, EMT and romex connectors, some EMT, hole plugs and reducers, pipe straps, SE wire scraps- 4/0, etc. ground wire, mineral clamps, galvanized couplers, offset nipples, some devices and cover plates, WP covers, at LEAST $500.00 in romex alone, 500'+ RG11 coax. (maybe closer to 1000'), a romex spooler, nail plates, box of handy temp light sockets/bulbs plus more. No large quantities of anything. I noted new but there are some used items in the package. A great hoard and a must see for ambitious or start up plumbing, electrical, handiman inventory on a budget and wanting to save some money on common materials and also save a lot of trips to the plumbing and electrical supply houses. All items can be viewed in a garage and I will help pack and load. Due to more recently added items I am asking $3500.00 or a serious offer to move fast. I need the space ASAP.
