Work Summary: Batches all dry and wet mix batches needed for food production facility. Maintains proper batching records and a clean work area. Must be available early mornings.
Responsibilities/Duties:
• Batches all wet/dry mixes for production filling process
• Maintains all batching records according to SOP protocol
• Maintains FIFO with all spices and ingredients
• Keeps open communication with production manager
• Clean work area at all times using proper procedures
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
