Here's a late '60's/early '70's Bird Engineering Sprite or JC Penney Foremost Mini Bike!!! The original frame and forks were in excellent condition, no breaks, bends, cracks, or bad welds...simply stripped, cleaned up, and painted orange. The motor is an NOS (as in brand new, off the shelf) 5 HP Tecumseh, which I've added a vintage blower housing/recoil, gas tank, air cleaner, muffler, and throttle assembly. In addition, the rims, tires, tubes, brake, throttle, cables, seat, grips, etc. are also all new. This mini bike has approximately 1 hour of ride time to make sure everything is working properly. The minibike is in Central NY, about an hour south of Syracuse. This is pick up only, no shipping. I can possibly deliver within a reasonable distance for expenses, contact me through Craigslist if you might need this option.
