Your role is simple: you will call homeowners from a provided list, follow a script, and see if they would consider an offer on their property. If the homeowner is interested, you will take clear notes and pass the lead back to me.
This is not a closing role. You do not need to negotiate, make offers, or be a licensed real estate agent. You only need to follow the script, ask basic questions, and identify homeowners who may be open to selling.
Pay:
This is a commission-only opportunity.
You will be paid $1,000 for every caller-generated lead that successfully closes.
There is no hourly pay, upfront pay, base pay, or guaranteed payment. Payment is made only after the deal closes and funds are received.
Important Phone Requirement:
You must use your own phone service, VoIP app, or calling method to make outbound calls.
This role starts with manual dialing from a provided Google Sheet. No dialer will be provided upfront.
A dialer may be provided later only after you generate a caller-sourced lead that successfully closes.
Responsibilities:
Call homeowners from a provided spreadsheet
Follow the provided call script
Ask if the homeowner would consider an offer
Collect basic information if they are interested
Take clear notes after every call
Mark wrong numbers, no answers, follow-ups, hot leads, and do-not-call requests
Send hot leads to me right away
Requirements:
Clear speaking voice
Comfortable making outbound phone calls
Must have your own phone service, VoIP app, or calling method
Comfortable with manual dialing
Professional and respectful on the phone
Able to follow a script
Able to take clear notes in a Google Sheet
Reliable and consistent
Cold calling, appointment setting, sales, or real estate experience is helpful but not required
