Retired gentleman, looking for any household jobs. Have extensive owners experience in most minor repairs, cracks filled in drywall, holes filled, general plumbing needs such as pipe cleaning and repair, minor electrical work ( simple wiring, light switches, plugs, lighting repair). I have quite reasonable rates, and prefer to give a potential customer an in person quote, to answer two questions. A) make sure we're 'comfortable' doing business with each other and B) make sure I give you a true quote, which depends on if I have the knowledge and want to do the job and if you will need to provide any specialized tools for the work you want done. I can only work about an hour or two at a time due to personal needs at home, so if you can't work in that time constraint, don't consider me .
