This house is available for individual room leases, and we are looking for new roommates to join. Rooms are offered at different rates. Please read our house rules carefully. In-person tours are available.
The house is about a 5-minute walk to the University Plaza shuttle/bus stop and is very close to Planet Fitness, Starbucks, various restaurants, and banks. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful yard.

Leases are individual, with the first year requiring a 12-month commitment. After the first year, leases are available only from summer to summer (the end of May /June /July). No half-year, month-to-month, or winter-ending leases are available.
