The machine powers on and the fan operates, but it doesn't include the console, therefore the only testing I could do was to power it on. It has a small gouge in the top plastic cover and the waste container is cracked. Other than that, it appears to have been used minimally. There is only a small amount of brass shavings in the cutter safety shield that surrounds the bit.
I listed the machine as salvage only because I cannot fully test it.
