Queen size 9 inch tall box spring. There are some small rips in fabric on the top and bottom, as well as rust on the sides from being placed on a rusty frame. The box spring works totally fine, it is just too tall for my new bed frame. There are no hygienic problems (no bedbugs, no odors, etc.).
